AI integration, when the project needs it

Some agency projects now include a practical AI step: classify helpdesk tickets, draft product metadata for review, or give an internal team answers from documents and Shopify data. WB Digital can implement that technical layer while you keep strategy, design, and the client relationship.

The work is APIs, retrieval over the client’s own material, workflow automation, Shopify and CRM or ERP connections, and custom functionality inside an existing application. A person still reviews anything that should not be sent or published on its own. Details are on AI for ecommerce operations.

Questions

Do you subcontract for agencies?

Yes. Project subcontracting, development overflow, integration work, rescue of an inherited build, and fractional capacity are all normal. WB Digital is a technical partner, not a staffing marketplace.

Can you work with our existing designers and project managers?

Yes. We can implement from your design files, work inside your project rhythm, and leave client management with your team. If it helps the build, we can also join calls with the end client.

Can you work behind the scenes?

Yes. Some agencies want WB Digital in the background. Others want us speaking with their client about the technical scope. Either arrangement is possible. Confidentiality terms are agreed on the project. There is no published white-label program.

Can you provide ongoing development capacity?

Yes. Fractional development is $1,200–$2,000/month when the need is steady capacity. A single overflow project is quoted on its own and does not require a monthly agreement.

Can you handle only the Shopify integration on a project you did not design?

Yes. We regularly take the technical workstream: custom functionality, an API, an ERP connection, or a migration, while the agency keeps strategy, design, and the client relationship.

Can you implement AI features inside a client project?

Yes, when the feature is an operational workflow connected to systems the client already uses. Examples include support routing, a knowledge assistant over their own material, catalog drafts, and an API integration. The agency can keep strategy, design, and the client relationship. We do not sell a standalone AI program.
