Klaviyo
Klaviyo that matches what the store actually did
Events, profiles, and flows connected to Shopify. The useful version sends the right message because the order data is right. It is not a separate email strategy practice.
Implementation, not a campaign retainer
WB Digital connects Klaviyo to Shopify for established brands. A flow cannot compensate for an event that never fired, or for revenue that is counted twice. Most of the broken accounts we see started as a working integration and then drifted after a theme change, a new checkout, or an app that also sends orders.
Your team can keep the copy and the send calendar. We make the Shopify side reliable, then implement the flows that depend on it. If the same customer record also has to reach a CRM or an ERP, that belongs with Shopify integrations.
What gets connected
- Events
- Placed order, fulfilled, cancelled, refunded, and checkout activity, with revenue that matches Shopify.
- Profiles
- The customer record Klaviyo should have: email, consent, and the properties a flow actually uses.
- Flows
- Welcome, browse or checkout abandonment, post-purchase, and winback, wired to those events.
- Onsite
- Signup forms and the storefront events a flow depends on, including after a theme or checkout change.
A small fix or a real integration
A defined tracking problem, a form, or a single flow fits the Shopify Optimization Sprint, which starts at $800. A rebuild of the event model, or Klaviyo sitting between an ERP and a support tool, is scoped like other integration work and starts at $2,000.
Once the events are trustworthy, the operational messages around them, such as fulfillment updates a person should not be sending by hand, are ecommerce automation.
Questions
Do you implement Klaviyo on Shopify?
- Yes. The work is the connection between Shopify and Klaviyo: events, profiles, flows, and onsite forms. Campaign calendars and email copy can stay with your marketing team. WB Digital is not a Klaviyo partner agency. The work is implementation.
Can you fix Klaviyo tracking that does not match Shopify?
- Yes, when the problem is technical. Typical cases are missing placed-order events, duplicate revenue, a checkout change that stopped the events, or profile properties that never arrive. A clear tracking fix can fit a Shopify Optimization Sprint, starting at $800.
Do you build the flows or only the data connection?
- Both, when you want both. The connection has to be right first. A welcome, checkout, or post-purchase flow that fires on bad data will send the wrong message. We implement the flow against events that match the store.
Can Klaviyo stay in sync with an ERP or support tool?
- Yes, when those systems need to update a profile or trigger a message. That is a larger job than a form install. It is scoped with the other integration, not forced into a small tracking fix.
Discuss a Klaviyo integration
Send the store URL and what is wrong: missing orders, duplicate revenue, a flow that never sends, or a new checkout that broke tracking. A short email is enough to tell a sprint from a larger connection.
