The Shopify Optimization Sprint is for a defined technical job on a store that is already live. Starting at $800. Bring the URL and what is wrong. If the work is larger, we will say that before it starts.
Problems that fit a sprint
- Something in the theme is broken, or a recent app install changed the storefront.
- The store is slow, and it is not obvious whether the theme, an app, or a script is responsible.
- Analytics or ad tracking is missing, duplicated, or firing on the wrong step.
- You need a custom section or a landing page implemented in the current theme.
- Klaviyo events, flows, or onsite forms are not matching the store.
- Cart or checkout behavior needs a specific improvement the theme does not support.
- A small integration, API error, or automation is failing and the team is working around it.
- You inherited a codebase and need someone who can read it before changing it.
This is the same developer who does the larger Shopify development and integration work. The sprint is a smaller container, not a junior offering.
What you are buying
A scoped piece of senior technical work. Theme changes, tracking, performance, a custom section, a Klaviyo or app issue, a checkout or cart improvement, or a small automation. You get the change in the store, not a slide deck about what you might do later.
Ongoing capacity, if you want it after the first job, is $1,200–$2,000/month. That suits a brand with a steady list of Shopify work, or an agency that needs a technical partner on more than one project. Agency terms are on the agency partnerships page.

Do you handle small Shopify projects?
- Yes. The Shopify Optimization Sprint starts at $800 for work that is technically clear: a bug, a section, a tracking fix, a performance issue, or a small integration. It is senior development on a short scope, not an open-ended retainer.
Can you take over a Shopify problem another developer left unfinished?
- Yes, after a look at the theme, the apps, and what was already changed. Inherited code is common. We will say if the fix is a sprint or if the theme needs a larger development project.
What if the problem is bigger than a sprint?
- Then it is scoped as Shopify development, an integration, or a migration. The sprint price is not a way to squeeze a rebuild into a small number. We would rather re-scope than pretend the larger project is a quick fix.
Do you offer ongoing Shopify development after the first fix?
- Yes. Fractional technical support is $1,200–$2,000 per month for brands and agencies that want a developer available without hiring one. A single sprint does not require a monthly commitment.
